And, here's the thing: I'm not trying to replace school communicators and I'm definitely not trying to put my agency or others that serve schools out of business.
However, during the pandemic, we heard from so many schools and districts around the world that needed help because they didn't have a communications staff member, let alone an agency. So, we wanted to help them.
We also saw our friends in school PR and marketing become completely exhausted from the endless strain on their own resources. Many told us they wished they had more time to be creative or the funding to hire an additional employee. We wanted to help them too.
What it boils down to is that my team wants to help yours.
I get it: you're maxed out. The pandemic has done a number on our industry. And, frankly, you're tired of the administrative side of school leadership. You want to bring a little fun and joy back into your internal and external communications. You want to see your engagement go up on social media posts so the positive comments outweigh the bad. You may even want to upgrade your marketing materials in this competitive market.
No more designing from scratch.
No more searching for inspirational materials to duplicate.
No more social media feeds that don't showcase your school's brand.
No more wasted time.
INSTEAD, YOU'LL GET:
A LOT more free time!
Some educators, communicators or schools may only need the occasional boost of inspiration. Others may need the whole kit and caboodle. Whatever the case, we've made communicating to families, students, staff and the community quick, fun and affordable. We're here to support YOU and to make your job easier.

School Comms Lab grew from a strong desire to help as many schools, educators and administrators as possible. I believe that:
I schlepped both a camera and old school video camera to Europe for a traveling class I was an assistant for. Every night, I would head to an internet cafe and blog about the day, spending hours uploading photos.
I'm @HoldsworthComm on Clubhouse and I host a Storytelling for Schools room...let's connect!
